Birchstone products are created, poured, and packaged with a deep love for people and planet. We snuggle your products in beautiful, 100% recycled (and reusable!) crepe wadding, recyclable kraft paper, and recyclable tissue paper.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order. Our office is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Packages are typically shipped on Thursdays and Saturdays.

Each order receives a gift of one surprise sample. Requests are welcomed but cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping is complimentary!

We are only able to ship within the USA at this time.

Local Pick Up

Order by Wednesday at 10pm est for Saturday pickup. Your order will be ready for pick up between 10a-3p at:

Returns

In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we want you to love your Birchstone experience! Please reach out to us here with additional questions or concerns so we can make sure that happens!
